Sarah did a great job selling my condo, getting a contract above asking on the first weekend. She proposed many options to counter the seller's many requests and was able to easily pivot during the selling process. Also, there was a “monkey wrench” thrown into the realm as my mother passed away during the selling process; Sarah took control and handled all of the inspections, repairs, etc. as I dealt with my mom's arrangements, even taking money out of her own pocket! Would highly recommend.
